Program Overview

Prevention / Detection / Remediation

Our program is built on three pillars: Prevention, Detection, and Remediation. We continue to evaluate and evolve every day to meet the goals of our ethics program.

Prevention

To prevent compliance issues from arising, we focus on promoting a culture of ethics and integrity through our Standards of Business Conduct, policies, and training. We use risk assessment, proactive investigations, and other compliance efforts to minimize potential risks.

Detection

We detect potential compliance issues by our Internal Audit group and monitoring through our compliance teams, investigating any concerns reported by employees and others. Every employee is responsible for upholding our standards and reporting any concerns.

Remediation

We work to assess the root cause of problems while continually enhancing our processes to minimize the recurrence. We discipline any employee who violates our policies and standards and prohibit doing business with partners who don’t meet our ethical standards.

How We Build Trust

Our goals are only possible when people trust InsiteOne, our team, and our technologies. We achieve so much more when we apply our values to build and preserve trust with our customers, business partners, and each other. Employees who violate our standards face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Our policies make anyone who engages in retaliation against someone for raising a compliance concern subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Our employees understand our standards and what is required of them. They know to ask for help when needed and make good decisions that build trust and empower our customers and partners to achieve more.

Reporting Concerns & Non-Retaliation

Our commitment to building and maintaining our culture of trust, ethics, and integrity depends on our employees and partners telling us if they have a concern related to compliance, policies or ethics.

InsiteOne prohibits retaliation and employees will not suffer adverse consequences for:

Refusing to do something that violates our Standards of Business Conduct, policies, or the law, even if this refusal results in the loss of business for InsiteOne.
Raising a concern about potential misconduct in good faith, or for cooperating with an investigation.

We provide multiple ways to report concerns or issue, and you can expect that your report will be treated seriously, fairly, and promptly.

InsiteOne takes all reasonable efforts to keep information related to an investigation confidential and you must keep investigation information confidential and not share such information beyond the investigation team unless specifically authorized in writing.
