Joe is a software architecture, design, and development executive with extensive experience in successfully delivering enterprise- and cloud-scale commercial Healthcare IT solutions to market. He has years of experience guiding expert product and technology teams through the software development lifecycle from analysis and design through customer deployment, with a focus on Enterprise Imaging, EHRs, HIEs, interoperability, and Accountable Care solutions.

Joe earned bachelor’s degrees with dual majors in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Delaware, and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Drexel University. He enjoys cycling, baseball, volleyball, and playing upright bass in his free time.
