Richard Schiavi is the Director of Professional Services at InsiteOne and has worked for the company for 12 years. He is a seasoned IT professional with 25+ years of experience in IT operations and management within the healthcare industry. He has extensive expertise in health information imaging standards and technologies, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and HL7. Known for his strategic and proactive management approach, Richard excels in identifying and troubleshooting complex solutions while coordinating team efforts to ensure smooth and productive operations. His strong communication and interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with customers, colleagues, and business partners, ensuring timely and under-budget project completions that meet client specifications.

Outside of his professional life, he has been married for 24 years and is a proud father of three children, all currently in college. He is currently a volunteer firefighter in the Cheshire Fire Department where over the course of 25 years has held several positions. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, woodworking and going to the gym.
