InsiteOne prohibits retaliation and employees will not suffer adverse consequences for:
- Refusing to do something that violates our Standards of Business Conduct, policies, or the law, even if this refusal results in the loss of business for InsiteOne.
- Raising a concern about potential misconduct in good faith, or for cooperating with an investigation.
We provide multiple ways to report concerns or issue, and you can expect that your report will be treated seriously, fairly, and promptly.
InsiteOne takes all reasonable efforts to keep information related to an investigation confidential and you must keep investigation information confidential and not share such information beyond the investigation team unless specifically authorized in writing.
